Honestly, I'm pretty sick of all the Kaito recolors. Like, I see a great Kaito model, and then next thing I know, someone else has recolored him, given him a different name (Akaito, Nigaito, etc.), said they worked hard on him, and put him up for download!
IT BOTHERS ME. And I'm sure it bothers a lot of other people, too!
Now, I'm fine with Kaito recolors like the one I used in the picture. Zeito is a Kaito recolor, but the model maker didn't just take someone else's Kaito and recolor him! She actually MADE HER OWN, and I love her for that. (And really, the model is pretty adorable.)
Anyway, I just wanted to vent and rant a bit.

Yeah, I really agree. Especially if someone took an official model (like PD, DT, Animasa, etc), didn't take or edit any of the parts and textures, and they only recolored it to the color they desire; and then they called it their OC.
I'm not a professional model maker either, but I never do recolors. First because I never want to, and second because i'm afraid the original maker would be angry at me. I wouldn't want to cause another MMD drama :c
I'm not going to call people names, and if any part of my statement is offending you or any of dA users who happened to read this, I truly apologize. I just want to express my opinions, that's all. And I'm sorry if the way I expressed it is too rough ;n;
